India signs port deal with Iran… will sanctions follow?

New Delhi and Tehran have signed a ten-year deal allowing New Delhi to operate the Chabahar port on Iran’s southeastern coast on the Gulf of Oman. Will Washington now sanction India for doing business with Iran?
