Update on the Hendersonville Men’s Club meeting that was held on Saturday, May 11.

Hi everyone. My name is Kathy Maney.
For those of you following what is happening with the Henderson County Republican party, I wanted to give you an update on the Hendersonville Men’s Club meeting that was held on Saturday, May 11.

This meeting was held for the Precinct Chairs and elected officials who were kicked out of the Henderson County GOP Executive Committee. All registered Republicans were invited to this meeting. Anyone was allowed to speak and I was allowed to video the entire meeting.
We had a packed house at the American Legion in Hendersonville with many more people than usually come to a regular Henderson County GOP monthly meeting at their headquarters.

A few of Brett Callaway’s current Executive Committee members attended this Men’s Club meeting. All of the attendees were allowed to speak if they chose to. Brett Callaway did not attend. Cher Silvius was there to speak on behalf of Brett Callaway. She was allowed to speak.
This meeting was a perfect example of peace, unity, togetherness, coming together, loving and supporting each other during the entire meeting. Unlike the last Henderson County Executive Committee Meeting on April 15. That was the last Executive Committee meeting any of us were allowed to attend.

At the Men’s Club meeting on May 11, we voted unanimously to censure the Henderson County Chair Brett Callaway. They want us to “come together” and negotiate.
