2022 Senator Rand Paul Exposed Theft by Politicians

Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution provides a small list of specific duties of the federal government. That is all the federal government is authorized to do. The 10th Amendment states:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

This makes it clear the federal government has vastly overreached its boundaries, stealing power that belongs to the States and the People. Some of the unConstitutional agencies in the federal government include the:

Education Department,
Agricultural Department,
Energy Department,
Health and Human Services,
Housing and Urban Development,
The Board for International Broadcasting,
Federal Communications Commission,
National Foundation on the Arts and Humanities,
Science Foundation,
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and many, many more.

In 2022, Senator Rand Paul gave a brief speech on the Senate floor, basically saying all the Senators are stealing from the labor of the American people and their bank accounts to fund whatever politicians want to fund... not what they are authorized to fund.
