Ingredients and preparation:
100 g hazelnuts. Grind.
1 teaspoon instant coffee.
50 ml boiling water.
Stir until smooth.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
200 g milk chocolate.
120 g cream (33-36%).
Heat in the microwave or steam to melt the chocolate.
Stir until smooth.
100 g biscuits (of your choice).
Grind..
250 g cream (33-36%).
Stir with a whisk until the mixture is slightly thickened.
60 g condensed milk.
Beat until soft peaks form.
Mix with coffee solution.
Shape the cake.
Cover with cling film.
Place in the refrigerator until completely set (4-6 hours).
Coating:
50 g milk chocolate.
30 g cream (33-36%).
