India's Kashmir votes in fourth phase of election

Voters across India’s restive Kashmir Valley cast their ballots on Monday (May 13) in the fourth phase of India’s seven-week long general election. Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is not contesting in Kashmir, where a 35-year uprising against Indian rule has killed tens of thousands of people.
