Stoopid citizen (star citizen Ver 3.23.0)

The patch just went live been testing on ptu it's been fun and def a lot of QOL updates also smoother so can play it and will try stream with Xsplit today. WOW i havent' used xsplit for this because of performance issues you might see some still.
