EDDY Lives! BTT Eddy Probe v1

Update 20240816 - I've been informed that as of yesterday mainstream Klipper now supports the Eddy probe without need for the BTT special branch. I haven't tested this yet but assuming it works well this eases the installation process slightly.

I chased myself down a few blind alleys installing and setting this up, most notably by adding the probe virtual endstop option to the y stepper instead of z which had me baffled for a while :) Thanks to brainstorming with fellow printers it is now running well.

The printer is a Creality Ender 3 Max which I've heavily modded. I designed the mount for the EDDY probe and will make it available in my Thingiverse and Cults collections soon.
