S4E75 | Katie Navi & Daniel Forsythe: Sovereign Health Rehab Center, MK ULTRA, & Adult GATE Programs

Today I’m honored to have on today's show two friends who are going to take us down a testimonial rabbit hole of epic proportions

Katie and Daniel met in May of 2016 after they were both sent to a Residential Treatment Facility called ‘Sovereign Health’ in Palm Desert. The organization was touted to serve adults with mental health and substance abuse problems. At that time, Daniel was broke, uninsured, and desired to seek help to get sober. One day he received a phone call requesting to interview him to see if he would be a good candidate for the “program”. When he took the call, Daniel was informed that an anonymous benefactor was on the call that wished to listen in, but did not want to be identified throughout the interview. After Daniel’s interview, he was informed that the “foundation” wanted to pay for his treatment and they offered to fly him from Wyoming to Palm Desert.

Daniel arrived just before Katie - who had been hospitalized for over a month in Santa Barbara in a special wing for psychiatric patients where she received what felt like ‘celebrity treatment’ as well as having to undergo many questionable ‘tests’ such as assessing her layered personality systems and asking her to define Masonic Code words. Katie was informed that she was not allowed to leave the facility until they were able to find her a Residential Treatment Program. Katie wanted to do an outpatient program and even offered to put herself in sober living, however she was told that the only place she was “allowed” to go was Sovereign Health, and that she would remain in the hospital until they were able to arrange her transport. Despite the 5-star hospitality at the hospital, she was eager to get on with my life so she reluctantly accepted this determination.

It didn’t take long for Daniel and Katie to realize that Sovereign Health functioned outside of the lines of a typical residential treatment program… Beneath the celebrity rehab appearance were some very questionable motives. When the residents came together it became apparent that they all shared some very distinct patterns. Everyone that was chosen was gifted and talented. It started to feel like it was possible that Katie and Daniel were not just there to recover their own lives, but that they were being used for a purpose that was understated by the program itself. On the first day they were gathered together at the center, they were told they were there to be “deprogrammed and reprogrammed”, affirming some of their assumptions that they were amongst descendants of MKultra and other clandestine operations...

In 2017, the FBI raided Sovereign Health with a sealed warrant. In addition to the FBI raiding the Palm Desert campus, San Juan Capistrano officials also searched a private residence along Silver Leaf Drive, the same street where Sovereign Health CEO Tonmoy Sharma lives. And it’s here where we are coming together today to draw our conclusions on what was actually happening at Sovereign Health with two brave whistleblowers here to share everything they know and experienced…
