Terrible but EARLY Schindler Hydraulic Elevator - Village Oaks Professional Park (Rock Hill, SC)

Built in 1989, this building has an interesting looking elevator. What looks like a Westinghouse at first is actually a VERY EARLY Schindler put in around 1989 or 1990. You can tell as not only is the door operator something very obscure and not GAL, but the placement of the emergency light in the center of the COP gives it away that this is actually a Schindler. Now if the emergency light was in the top corner, then it would've been a Westy, but this one is definitely more Schindler.

This is a pretty neat find, but sadly this thing runs like garbage. Hopefully, that can be fixed up.

FUN FACT: This is still listed as a Westinghouse on the records, but I still stand by my assessment. A Schindlerhouse if you will. Keep in mind some records have actual TK's listed as Dover instead.
