NEWS - LATEST : AIRCRAFT landed without its front landing gear.

A Boeing cargo aircraft made an emergency landing at Istanbul airport without its front landing gear. The incident, which occurred during a flight from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, resulted in no injuries, according to Turkey’s transport ministry. The Boeing 767 alerted air traffic control at Istanbul about its malfunctioning landing gear before safely landing under their direction. Emergency crews were on standby during the incident.

Footage from the scene showed the aircraft touching down on its rear wheels before the body of the plane hit the runway, emitting sparks and smoke as it skidded to a stop.
