New $100 million retail center planned for metro Detroit

Commerce Township leaders approved a plan last week for a $100 million retail and entertainment district. "Five & Main", a 350,000-square-foot center, would be located on the corner of Pontiac Trail and M-5 east of Martin Parkway. It would be the first major retail center in the area since Partridge Creek opening in Macomb County in 2007.
