IT'S FUTILE TO TRY TO SAVE OURSELVES

16 knowing that a man is not [a]justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYBODY!!!

You know guys, every time I read this morning’s passage of scripture, and take in Paul's words on what salvation really means, I can't help but thank God that He Sent Jesus to save me. As I was reading especially this morning's devotional, and what Marvin was saying about how we were trapped by sin, that those of us who don't know Christ are trapped by sin, it made me grateful for the salvation that I have in Christ Jesus. I think by these questions from this morning’s devotional really motivated my heart, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions carefully, and I pray that God will speak to your heart through them.

Why can’t you save yourself from sin’s trap?

How has God provided what you need to be saved?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God has shown me from this passage of scripture, especially with what He showed me today, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you helps you not only show your gratitude to the One who saved you from sin, but also to realize that as Marvin Williams this morning's devotional writer stated so very well, “By God's grace, being rescued from sins trap doesn't originate with us. It's “the gift of God” through Jesus alone (V.8).” Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends, and learn the truth that we can't save ourselves, but only Jesus can! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I pray that you never forget the gift of grace that God has given you. Pray that you show gratitude to God every day for the fact that when you were trapped in sin and tried to save yourself, and you know you couldn't, that He was the one to initiate that rescue, through sending His one and only son Jesus, to save you from sin! But I also pray for those that don't know Christ as their savior and think that they can earn their way to heaven, that they see how futile that is, and will make the decision to come to know Him today. He doesn’t care about your lifestyle, skin color, faith, or ethnicity what you’ve done, where you’re from, or anything about you, just that you let Him in your heart. Please, do NOT let pride keep you from the Savior, but choose to receive the bread of life and the living water that will satisfy for eternity!!
