The Pec Dance: some would say it’s the Holy Grail amongst male weightlifters. Besides the benefits of health, looking and feeling good, what is the point of having a built up chest if you can’t even move your pectorals independently? Every man dreads hearing the cat calls, those moment when they’re walking past a daycare center where aggressive women will invariably yell out something like “make ‘em dance,” and feeling like there’s nothing he can do about it. That’s why it’s important to pass this knowledge on to the future generations.

This guy knows what’s up. His son looks to not even be two, but he’s getting started early. Sure, he doesn’t quite get it yet, but that’s fine. The tummy roll is as nice a starting point as any, and could definitely be an important building block for future chest moves.
