INGREDIENTS:
1 pack @shanfoodsglobal Haleem mix
500-700 gms boneless chicken(or any meat you want)
1 tbsp gingergarlic paste
1 large onion sliced
1 cup oil
10-13 cups water
METHOD:
In a pot, add half cup oil and saute chicken, add
gingergarlic paste, and saute tillit starts changing color.
Then add meat masala packet from the Shan Haleem
box.
Cook for 5 minutes .Then add Pulses & grain packet from
the box, saute for a minute, then add 10-12 cups water,
cover and Let it cook at medium flame for 40 mins, keep
stiring in between
Now uncover, use a hand blender or normal blender to
blend the Haleem. Blend it really well till well incorporated
let it simmer for another 20 mins and its ready. Adjust
consistency(you can add more water if too thick)
Meanwhile prepare Tarka.
Heat the remaining half cup oil and add onions, cook at
high flame till golden brown
Take some onions out for garnish and pour the remaining
onions along with oil into the Haleem. Simmer for 5 mins
and its doneeee
Enjoy with some chillies,chaat masala, lemon, ginger and
roghni naan
