Expect Bakersfield to top out at 66 this afternoon with good air quality. The mountains are waking up to icy conditions on all passes but the sunshine will help them warm above freezing this afternoon. It will still be cold enough to need a coat all day, with a high of 56 in Lake Isabella and the low 50s in Frazier Park and Tehachapi.
