Plough and shoulder stand.
Plough is my favourite stretch and I've done it daily for over 25 years, even if just for a few seconds. It 'cleans out the cobwebs' nicely, also helps get oneself off to sleep. It frees the cerebrospinal fluid which travels from the base of the spine to the base of the skull.
