My husband's favorite recipe: Fast and easy overnight oats in 3 minutes with banana and strawberry! This recipe is not only delicious but also perfect for weight loss if you skip the honey. Enjoy a healthy and satisfying breakfast option!

Ingredients:

160 g(1 cup) strawberries
1 medium banana
2 tbsp oat flakes
1 tablespoon honey(optional)
310 ml(1+1/4 cup) milk/ or plant "milk"
2 tbsp chia seeds
refrigerate for 4-6 hours
add fruits for decoration
