0:43 Easy One-Pan Veggies whole wheat pasta recipe :

Olive oil little
Half package of whole wheat pasta ( depends your pan if it’s enough big ! )
1 small head broccoli 🥦
3 carrot 🥕
2 tomatoes 🍅
1 red sweet long peppers 🫑 ( choose the veggies you like ! )

1,2 litters of vegetable broth I used water

Add spices salt & pepper

Cook until the pasta is fully cooked
cook 9 minutes after boiling

Enjoy !

Olive oil
1 onion
3 cups carrots frozen or fresh
Cook on low to medium heat 8-10 minutes
Add
1 1/2 red lentils washed
3 cups vegetable broth
Cook 10 minutes after boiling

6 Eggs
2 1/2 low fat thick cream
2 handful spinach ( cut ✂️ if you prefer )
Salt & pepper
Shredded cheese low fat
Permigiano shredded cheese low fat

Bake 180 C For 20-25 minutes

2 cups cooked pasta
2 handful spinach cut
3 cups cherry tomatoes
1 feta
Olive oil
Herbs
Bake 180 C 20-25 minutes until little browned

Enjoy !

07:15 Chicken Broccoli carrots recipe :

1 onion
500 g chicken
1 small head broccoli 🥦
A handful of carrots

Cook the onion 🧅 and chicken first on low to medium heat for 8-10 minutes
Add tge rest cover and leave it cook on low heat for 10 minutes

Serve with mashed potatoes or quinoa or any !
