State troopers in Oklahoma were performing a welfare check on a man sitting next to a busy interstate when he allegedly confessed to killing Jennifer Kyli Molloy, 19, back in October 2016. In an interview with detectives, Joseph Tyler Beck, 28, said he was attracted to Molloy and killed her when she rejected his advances. Erin Ward, a 45-year-old substitute teacher in Omaha, Nebraska, is facing a felony sexual abuse charge after deputies say they caught her having sex with a 17-year-old in her car. The teen tried to drive the car away from the scene but crashed and he ran away. Ward was found trying to put back on her clothes. A Dollar Tree clerk was shot by a man concealing his identity during a robbery gone wrong. Waukegan police immediately identified a suspect — a freshman at the local high school. Officers rushed to the school and arrested 16-year-old Martell Williams in front of his classmates. Williams was then brought into the interrogation room and grilled by detectives, who got him to give a full confession — but things weren't as they seemed. A 17-year-old Indiana girl's disappearance sparked a 6-month-long search by her concerned family. Her neighbor and boss, Patrick Scott, was the last person to see her before she vanished. After numerous search warrants, detectives made a gruesome discovery on Scott's property. Authorities immediately arrested Scott and sat him down in an interrogation room to get his side of the story.
