Petition: Stop Lying Attorneys Suing People without Constitutional Authority

Attorneys nationwide sue People in courts without ever swearing to the truth or fact of injury - they never claim you hurt them by "oath or affirmation." Your right to privacy (guaranteed in your state constitution) includes your right to be left alone, and only AFTER someone has sworn under penalty of perjury that you hurt them, do they lawfully gain jurisdiction over you, so they can take you to court. Instead, attorneys have been taught to use legislative authority (called the "civil procedure") which BYPASSES the constitutional safeguards that protect your privacy, so that they sue you without constitutional authority.

Attorneys are suing People without constitutional authority.

I want the Supreme Court to declare the law regarding the right to privacy and that no one gains jurisdiction over People UNTIL they swear by "oath or affirmation" that an injury actually happened. It is unlawful to attack private rights, and it's done on a national level every day.
