Explanation of why seed oils are considered harmful.

This is a topic that can be delved into more deeply, but I tried to explain it as simple as possible. Seed oils are a significant issue in the Standard American Diet. Once you transition to consuming real food and eliminate junk, you won't have to worry about excessive omega-6 intake. Research indicates that omega-6 becomes most harmful when there's an absence of omega-3. Even if the ratios are imbalanced with more omega-6, but some omega-3 is present, it mitigates the inflammatory response. The major issue with many seed oils is that some are purely comprised of omega-6, and nearly all processed foods nowadays contain these oils. Therefore, if you consume a lot of processed foods, you're also triggering inflammation in your body. While I'm not advocating for canola oil, if you find yourself in a situation where you have to use a seed oil, opt for canola because it contains some omega-3.
