Ireland should discuss lowering voting age to 16, says Minister

Senior government figures, such as Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin and Fine Gael Senator Regina Doherty, have said that Ireland should discuss lowering the voting age to 16.

Ben Scallan asks Doherty if this makes sense, given that 16-year-olds aren't even allowed to drink.
