The Building of a Massive Timber Frame Roof for my Homestead, Cast Iron Cooking - Living Off-Grid

It's been a very productive week. Finally finished building the walls, I remove the last of the steel cables from the trees, relieved to no longer be lifting the heavy logs. I have now begun the construction of a frame roof for my homestead. First, I installed wooden beams for the second floor and put in a lot of temporary boards that I can move freely on while the roof is being built.
Hot days slow me down, this week the temperature did not drop below +30 degrees Celsius, so I wake up at 5 am and start working, it's still cool so early, so this is the perfect time to work. After I finish the roof, I will start making a separate room for a sauna and a shower room, and on the second floor I will start insulating the floor. Although there is very little space on the second floor, I still plan to make a small room there where I can spend the night when I build my house.

At this time of year, I can get a lot of food grown in my garden. Therefore, I often use vegetables to prepare a delicious dish. Next summer I plan to start raising livestock, maybe goats, sheep, chickens and cows.
I think this is a good idea because I have a lot of space so they will be comfortable. It will also solve the problem of lack of meat, eggs and milk.
