Recipe 1:
Ingredients:
1750 g pork neck
5 cloves of garlic
1.5 teaspoons of paprika
1 ¾ teaspoons salt
Black pepper
1 tablespoon mustard
2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Non-stick parchment paper
Wrap the meat in 3 or 4 layers of parchment paper
Bake at 190°C for 1 hour and 50 minutes
I calculate like this: 1 kg of meat takes 1 hour (plus 5 minutes)
Glaze:
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup (you can also use just ketchup or just sweet chili sauce)
2-4 tablespoons honey (depending on taste)
1.5 teaspoons whole grain mustard
Bring to a boil
Simmer until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes
Potatoes:
5 potatoes
1 onion
½ pepper
½ zucchini
Salt
Black pepper
20g butter
2 cloves of garlic
¼ hot pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
50g cheese
A pinch of parsley
Recipe 2:
1.1 kg pork loin
Salt
Black pepper
A bunch of parsley (or dill)
200 g cream cheese
2 cloves of garlic
10 strips of bacon
Wrap the roll with the bacon
1.2kg potatoes
Salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
Black pepper
2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
20g butter
Bake at 200C for 25-30 minutes

Bake for another 30 minutes at 200C, top/bottom heat

1 tablespoon light soy sauce
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
A bunch of coriander
Green onion
1 clove of garlic (or garlic powder)
Some lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt
Black pepper
Recipe 3:
1.2 kg pork neck or pork loin
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
Salt
Black pepper
100g cheese
paprika
Tie together with kitchen twine
2-3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
1 ½ teaspoons whole grain mustard
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
Black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey (or agave syrup)
Bake at 200C, top/bottom heat
Baking time: 75-85 minutes until the internal temperature is 68-70C
After 40 minutes, brush the meat again with the sauce
Bake in the lower third of the oven
If the meat begins to burn, cover it partially or completely with foil
Let rest for 5 minutes

Parsley
½ teaspoon thyme
1-2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
