📋 INGREDIENTS:
Oranges 3 pieces
Kiwi or green grapes 400 grams
Red strawberries or red currants 1 package
Frozen black currants or plums 300 grams
Sugar 180 grams
Fast-soluble gelatin 80 grams

Fruit puree 150 grams
Sugar 45 grams
Gelatin 20 grams

🧑‍🍳Cooking steps:
Make 4 colors of puree:
Orange juice. Pour in 45 grams of sugar and 20 grams of gelatin

When the gelatin swells, pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat until boiling, stirring constantly with a silicone spatula.
When all the particles dissolve, pour the mixture from the saucepan into silicone molds. Pour different colors in rows.
The molds should be placed on flat racks so that they can be placed in the refrigerator.
Cool for 3-4 hours. Take the marmalade out of the molds and place on a plate.
