My grandmother taught me this dish❗️ The best dinner I've ever eaten
▶ Recipe and ingredients:
1 kg pork
Make even cuts on the meat
Salt, black pepper
2 onions
tomatoes
some olive oil
Salt, pepper, paprika
Cabbage
Salt, black pepper
~ 200 ml cream (33%)
Cover with damp parchment and foil
Bake for about 50 minutes at 200°C
~ 800 g potatoes
Cook in salted water until soft
Remove the foil and bake until golden brown
Vegetable oil, dry garlic
Fry boiled potatoes
1-2 pickled cucumbers
1 garlic clove
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 spoon mayonnaise
roasted golden brown
Parmesan

200 g mushrooms
Fry the mushrooms for 3-4 minutes
Salt, pepper to taste
Place the fried vegetables on the meat
Bake for 40 minutes at 180-190°C
~ 6 potatoes

Cook potatoes until soft

Bake for another 15-20 minutes at 220°C
Drain water from potatoes
Add butter and warm milk
Make mashed potatoes

We need about 6 pork steaks
Pieces 1.5-2 cm thick
Beat the meat with a kitchen hammer on both sides
Make incisions on the side where the fat is
Roll the meat in flour and fry in a heated frying pan
Wipe off any moisture with a paper towel
Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown

Fry in the same vegetable oil
a few cloves of garlic, a sprig of rosemary
350-400 ml light beer
Add the meat to the sauce
Salt, pepper on both sides
add some water
Partially cover the pan with a lid
Simmer over medium/low heat for about 7 minutes

Cook potatoes in salted water until soft
Turn the meat occasionally and simmer until the sauce thickens.

~ 100-150 g bacon
Prepare mashed potatoes and let cool slightly
Fry the bacon with the onions until it has a nice light golden color
3-4 tablespoons flour (little by little)
1 tablespoon corn starch
Italian herbs, salt if needed
