This is a brief overview of the formal whistleblower complaint submitted to the CPUC on behalf of California utility workers and California energy rate payers. As discussed in previous podcasts the formal whistleblower complaint filed ahead of the 2023 General Rate Case requested that the rate case be tolled (stalled) until a Serious Incident Investigation can be completed into the nefarious end to PowerGirl’s high level service to California rate payers.
