Instant Kulfa Mix
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Bread slices 7 medium
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 1 & ½ tbs
-Dried rose petals 2 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) ½ Cup
-Badam (Almonds) ½ Cup
-Sugar 1 & ½ Cup or to taste
-Dried milk powder 1 & ½ Cup
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced ½ Cup
-Badam (Almonds) sliced ½ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Prepared King Kulfa mix 1 Cup
-Cream 150 ml
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped

Directions:
Prepare King Kulfa Mix:
-In chopper,add bread slices and chop well.
-In frying pan,add bread crumbs and dry roast on low flame until golden brown (8-10 minutes) & let it cool.
-In spice mixer,add green cardamom,dried rose petals,grind well & take out in a bowl.
-In spice mixer,add pistachios,grind well & take out in the same bowl.
-In spice mixer,add almonds,grind well & take out in the same bowl.
-In spice mixer,add sugar,grind to make powder & take out in the same bowl.
-In a bowl,add dried milk powder,breadcrumbs,pistachios,almonds and mix until well combined.King kulfa mix is ready! (Yields: 6 Cups approx.850g)
-Can be stored in an airtight glass container for up to 1 month.
Prepare King Kulfa:
-In a wok,add milk and bring it to boil & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes & keep stirring in between.
-Add prepared kulfa mix (1 cup) & mix continuously,(use 1 cup for 1 litre) and cook on medium flame until thickens (approx. 10 minutes).
-Let it cool.
-Add cream & mix well.
-Now pour cooked king kulfa in 12 x 4” loaf pan or into kulfi molds (makes 6),cover with cling film & refrigerate for 1 hour to cool down completely then freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
-Garnish with pistachios,cut into desired pieces & serve!

-Spice mixer mein hari elaichi aur dried rose petals dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & bowl mein nikal lein.
-Spice mixer mein pista dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & us he bowl mein nikal lein.
-Spice mixer mein badam dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & us he bowl mein nikal lein.
-Spice mixer mein cheeni dal dein aur grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein & us he bowl mein nikal lein.
-Bowl mein dried milk powder,breadcrumbs,pista aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.King kulfa mix tayyar hai! (Yields: 6 Cups approx.850g)
-Air tight glass container mein 1 month tak store ker saktay han.
Prepare King Kulfa:
-Karhai mein doodh dal ker ubal lein aur darmiyani ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Tayyar kulfa mix (1 cup) dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein (use 1 cup for 1 litre) and darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 10 minutes).
-Thanda ker lein.
-Cream dal ker ache tarha mix ker lein.
-Ab cooked king kulfa 12 x 4” loaf pan ya kulfi molds mein dal dein (makes 6) aur cling film laga ker 1 hour kliya refrigerator mein 1 hour thanda kernay kliya rakh dein phir 8 hours ya overnight kliya feezer mein rakh dein.
-Pista sa garnish karein aur desired pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
