Russian drills ‘a very clear message’ to the West – Indian army veteran

In what's said to be a direct response to increasing talk of putting Western boots on the ground in Ukraine, President Putin has ordered military exercises using non-strategic nuclear weapons. The Russian Defense Ministry said preparations for the drills has already begun.

RT spoke to geopolitical military analyst and Indian army veteran, Colonel Rohit Dev on the timing of Putin’s decision to hold the drills.
