Josh Sigurdson reports on the breaking news that France has essentially declared World War 3 on Russia as they send troops to Ukraine. Starting with just 100 troops and specialists in Ukraine, the plan will be to send 1500 troops. This is a direct attack on Russia which Putin has already warned of the consequences of.
