Eval Vlaardingerbroek, a Dutch Politician, gives a speech on immigration that should scare the hell out of everyone and it applies worldwide because it is happening worldwide.

They have a governing board, employees, they have profits and assets, they are a business, a corporation.

So at the very top you have 5 women called the “Mothers of Darkness” and it branches out from here.

Each person oversees a Quadrant. The USA is broke down into 4 Quadrants and International is broke into 4 Quadrants. Those board members will be assigned one of those quadrants.

There is also “Special Chamber Councils.” Those will be Council of 5, Council of 7, Council of 9, the Council of 13, The Council of 21, they are all part of this and are odd numbers.

They are assigned to a specific quadrant or a specific issue within a quadrant.

George Soros sat in the top seat of that council up until 2021. He was the head of the Council and he was called the Phoenix. George Soros retired in 2021. He was responsible for giving the orders of migrants invading the USA.

Barrack Obama stepped into that position now in 2021.

They utilize this shipping warfare system to conduct commerce around the world. The Vatican controls the Birth Certificate system in which bonds are created at birth.

How is the Luciferian Beast System Defeated? It is way easier that anyone can imagine. The Power of Prayer can wipe this network out in a heartbeat. We first have to collectively wake up, become conscious of this beast system so we know what we are against, and then we shed our light on the system via prayer. They are vampires.
