We sit down and have a chat with the Executive Director of the Christian Medical and Dental Association of Canada (cmdacanada.org), Mr. Laurence Worthen about the battle being waged by health care professionals, and the governing bodies which regulate them, called the College of Physicians. The topic of discussion today is whether the College should have the right to compel doctors to recommend MAID or medical assistance in dying (ie. euthanasia), generally, but also specifically when the doctor’s religion does not condone it.
