This is the third episode on the HOW TO CUT series. In this episode I will explain how to properly utilize cardio to help create a calorie deficit to lose fat.
It is important to note that higher intensity cardio does not mean more calories burned, it is quite the opposite. The best way to burn fat while on a cut is steps. Doing higher intensity cardio is best for cardiovascular health which is a different story.
