My friend and I had fun doing silly overdubs in 2019 before Boris Johnson became the UK's PM. My speech was literally performed for real after I did a silly joke video with a friend. When I heard this news story with Bojo rattling on about nonsense, I recalled that I'd heard that speech somewhere before. Note the simularities that mention broadband, mass transit systems, we the pepe, faster broadband, better schools.
