FCC Bars Huawei From Certifying Gears That’s Sold Into the United States

05/01/2024 The Federal Communications Commission is deciding to ban Huawei and some of these other companies from participating in the authorization of technical standards for gear that's sold into the United States. The U.S. has been cracking down on Huawei for years, it has also gone to its allies and tried to get them to pull Huawei telecom equipment out of their networks because of national security reasons.
