I was crushing it at first but “over-egged the cake.” From 404 Watts at 10K to 400 Watts at 20K and ending with 368 Watts at 25K I was gradually falling off in output. I can blame travel fatigue, stress whatever but it’s also largely due to operator error in my part as the athlete.

I plan on making a video speaking to this but sometimes you have to get ahead by just not falling behind. It’s not always a good idea to “GO HARD!!” When you aren’t in the condition to do so. Still, by the numbers that was a good session.

Next, I did my 100x Toes to Bar (10x10) like usual and then followed that up with 100x Hoist, 45 degree Back Extensions (5x20) for the posterior chain.
