America's Constitutional Sheriff Mack Visits Florida to Warn about Red Flag Laws

Did you know "RED" Florida has Red Flag Laws? These are laws that can and will be used against any American that shares a different view than the federal government in control. If you are deemed a "threat to yourself or others", these laws make it possible, in fact probable, for your 2nd Amendment gun rights to be taken away. Think I'm kidding?

A new DOJ directive has just formed a "Resource Center" called ERPO that is fanning agents all over the country to work with law enforcement and health professionals in order to identify "threats" in their counties. They'll be teaching your local Sheriff how to use existing Red Flag Laws to start one of the most aggressive gun confiscation moves we've likely ever seen. Imagine if you or a loved one is a Veteran who has sought help for PTSD...or someone who has perhaps just consulted with a therapist in the past, or you've ever taken an anti-depressant. If you've ever complained about the COVID restrictions or the 2020 presidential transition, you will be on the list of targets. If you have a neighbor with TDS, be especially careful lest they report you.

Combine that with a recent ruling by an Obama appointee judge who exonerated an illegal immigrant who was illegally carrying a gun during one of the Summer of Love 2020 riots. That ruling now means legally armed illegals participating in upcoming riots could be coming to a neighborhood near you.

We'd better all know our rights by then and have a working relationship with our local Sheriffs and a feel for their understanding of what's coming and what our rights are under the law. Especially the unprecedented ruling by SCOTUS in 1997 of Sheriff Mack's legal win when he challenged the Brady Act all the way to the Supreme Court. That perseverance saved America from losing our gun rights back then and continues to protect our 2nd Amendment rights from federal government gun confiscations even now.
