Welcome to this hypnobirthing sleep meditation! This is a hypnobirthing guided meditation for sleep and you can listen to it during PREGNANCY or MOTHERHOOD to help you relax and get to sleep more easily and quickly. Pregnancy sleep can be harder to get as you near the end of your third trimester. My hope is that, by listening to this bedtime pregnancy meditation, you will drift off into a deep and restful sleep with fewer wake-ups during the night. During motherhood, you may be finding it difficult to switch off or get back to sleep after night-wakings with your baby. I hope that this audio helps you with postpartum sleep and aids relaxation after being woken up to attend to your baby's needs.

For maximum benefit, please listen to this hypnobirthing sleep meditation and postpartum sleep meditation at least 3 times per week or whenever you need help with sleep. This audio comprises of 50 minutes of focussed guided meditation with plenty of pauses for visualisation, breathing and relaxation then another hour and 10 minutes of soothing music to continue to relax your mind and body as you float even more deeply into the realm of sleep.
