Authoritarian Democrats want to stack the Supreme Court

The Progressive/Communist/Kiddie Groomer wet dream is to break the Senate Filibuster, which will lead to stacking the SCOTUS w/ 4 nutcases like Sonia Sotomayor or Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

They ultimately want to give amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, which will lead to large majorities in Congress, but they likely need a majority to do that.

More moderate Democrats like Manchin & Sinema are retiring, the Democrats aim to replace them w/ Fascists, although the Manchin seat will go GOP this November.

Democrats brought that horse out of the barn first to a limited degree, Mitch McConnell told them they would regret it & regret it they did. Now they want to obliterate it completely. If they’re able to break the Filibuster, have a majority in the House & Kid Sniffer Joe Biden is in the White House they’re going to try to give amnesty to millions & millions of illegal aliens, many of which will never work & most will certainly not contribute to the U.S. Treasury.

If they cannot ram that through, they will try to break the Senate Filibuster. If successful, they intend to stack the Supreme Court/SCOTUS w/ 4 Sonia Sotomayor/Ruth Bader Ginsburg clones to they can do one or more of the following:

#1: Clarify that the 2nd Amendment didn’t really contain an individual right to bear arms for Joe Six Pack. The McDonald & Heller decisions would be effectively neutered.

#2: Should a nationalized Election overhaul be passed by Congress (and these election laws are left to the states), their new SCOTUS would christen it & allow massive, unchecked mail-in voting, voting days & days by mail after election day, no Photo ID required, etc. Iowa would essentially operate under the same rules California does when it comes to elections.

#3: WOTUS (Waters of the United States): This will give bureaucratic agencies de facto control over non-navigable waters, which will allow them to regulate agriculture into oblivion & a Republican majority would have a very tough time stopping the bleeding, especially if went on for years. A gridlocked Congress would be able to do nothing. This is a facet of the runaway Administrative State. Even if Congress did not pass it, federal agencies would just start doing it anyways & tell others, “We’ll stop if the Supreme Court stops us.” This new SCOTUS would not stop it.

#4: This new Fascist Supreme Court would allow Joe Biden’s Title IX overhaul to stay in place & you may see a tsunami of XY chromosome men beginning to compete as XX chromosome women, effectively erasing your daughter’s soccer team, basketball team & women’s sports en masse

#5: During COVID we saw private property rights trampled on as landlords saw many tenants living rent free, sometimes for years because COVID. This new Fascist Supreme Court would also approve that, effectively destroying private property rights almost as much as Kelo v. New London did.

#6: Electric car mandates won’t need to pass Congress; the Administrative State will take care of that; Article I Section I of the Constitution be damned.

Nancy Pelosi et al do not like Federalism because this allows each state to craft their own laws & the folks voting on them are much closer to home & usually more sane than the lunatics in Washington.

When we had a Roe one-size-fits-all policy that was great, because they got their way. That’s been kiboshed & they cannot deal w/ the fact that Idaho, Iowa, the Dakotas, much of the South, etc. will not have the same crazy abortions-at-nine-months, just-because laws we’ll see in places like California, New York or Illinois.

Democrats want to return the nation to the era of Roe even though many states have no desire to return to that era. Democrats would have hissy fits if Unemployment Insurance or means-tested entitlements were left to the states, because under that framework California would not be able to shut down much of its economy & suck off the federal teat. They’d have to raise their own money or reallocate state funds & Democrats don’t want that. They want other states that aren’t an unmitigated disaster to pay for it.

They also want Iowa & Alabama to have the same election “laws” as there are in NY & CA. You’ll have mail-in ballots pouring in for days after the Tuesday Election.

The Federal Administrative State, which Senator Rand Paul has tried to stop via the REINS ACT https://www.congress.gov/bill/118th-congress/senate-bill/184 https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/senate-bill/68 – this Administrative State would be rubber-stamped by this new Fascist SCOTUS.

If you know of anyone sitting on the fence, a persuadable voter in places like Montana, Michigan, Ohio, Maryland (because Larry Hogan is running, he has a shot & is currently leading in the polls) or Nevada (maybe Arizona) – talk to them & get them to the polls on Election Day.

I doubt the GOP has much of a chance winning Senate seats in WI or PA (even though Donald Trump will be competitive there & may win WI), but you never know.

The GOP has a great chance of taking the Senate & that’s especially important as Democrats who are a bit more moderate are being replaced by lunatics who want to steamroll the Filibuster & overhaul the entire economy w/ 51 yeas versus 50 nays. These people are crazy & must be stopped!

After Manchin & Sinema retire, I’m not sure if there are any Democrats in the Senate who aren’t hell-bent on breaking the Filibuster & stacking the Supreme Court. Remember all those Blue Dog Democrats, supposed Moderates that were pressured to vote for ObamaCare? That will happen w/ the Filibuster.

The lunatics are running the asylum & they will exert massive pressure on so-called moderate Democrats to expand the Supreme Court.

It is imperative that we win at least 2 Senate seats in this next cycle. That Census will see a major shift in Electoral Votes from states that lean towards the Party of Lenin to the Republican Party. This will make it much, much more difficult for Democrats to give amnesty to millions of people, their permanent underclass.

It will also make it very difficult for them to expand the SCOTUS so they can do more damage, even if Congress passes nothing. They're looking for a way around Congress, let's stop them in November, okay America?
