Girl Passes Out On Ride

Thrill rides seem to get more and more extreme with each passing year. When regular rollercoasters weren’t enough, they were engineered to go upside down. When that wasn’t enough, we made them go upside down and backwards, and then they started cutting the acceleration time to instant, so the effect feels like you’ve been shot out of a cannon. The be-all end-all however, is the über-fun monstrosity that is The Slingshot.

Nerves run high as two teen girls get ready to experience The Slingshot.

In the beginning, they’re both equal parts nervous and excited. As soon as the apparatus is launched, this changes quite quickly. The girl on the right is instantly terrified, immediately regretting what she’s gotten herself into, by the looks of it. Her mouth hangs open, completely agape, as her eyes rapidly blink, desperately trying to process the unprecedented level of terror she is currently experiencing. To me, it looks like, pretty early on, she has no idea how much more of this she can take. Until, that is, the moment arrives where she just can’t take it anymore.
