There's no one-size-fits-all cure for CFS. But there are things you can do to improve your chances of recovery – and one of the most important is adopting a parent mentality. What does that mean? Basically, you need to be responsible for your own health and well-being and take charge of your own healing process. That means accepting that you're the only one who can make meaningful changes in your life, and putting in the hard work needed to get better. It's not always easy – but it is worth it.

There's no easy path to recovery, but if you're willing to put in the hard work, then you can definitely make progress. You need to have the parent mentality and be responsible.
