Baking chicken fillet with mushrooms deliciously in the oven is not entirely easy; there is a risk that it will become dry and tasteless. And this option cannot be spoiled, the main thing is not to overcook it in the oven. It tastes perfect with any traditional side dish, especially with fresh herbs or salad. A simple and quick recipe that everyone in your family is sure to love.
Ingredients/Composition for the recipe:
Chicken fillet - 500 grams;
Hard cheese (grated) - 30 grams;
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;
Champignons - 150 grams;
Onion - 1 piece;
Vegetable oil - for frying
Salt, seasonings (for chicken, paprika, dried garlic) - to taste.
Cooking chicken fillet with champignons is not only tasty, but also simple. Cut the chicken fillet into three strips of approximately equal thickness as shown in the video, and beat them off. Rub the fillet strips on one side with salt and spices. Fry uncut onions and champignons in vegetable oil, adding 10 grams of butter. Next, wrap the fried champignons with onions in the chop. For convenience, we used ordinary mugs. Place the semi-finished products on a baking sheet, spread mayonnaise on top and add grated cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. The fillet turns out soft and juicy inside, and thanks to the cheese and mushrooms, it’s very tasty.
