Cardio Is TERRIBLE For Fat Loss

Cardio surprisingly worked for me as a 290lbs dude, gradual though. Started walking an hour then jogging then jogging like 5km 3 times a week. Was the couch to 5k program. Lost 30 lbs so I guess yeah not huge on weight lose but I felt amazing, my breathing is great.

Definitely did full body sets on the weights machines moooost of the time I went into the gym AFTER my 5k. Anyway continuing the journey at home now that I have equipment.

Consistency is key never give up, just push pash those hard days. What's the worst that can happen you die? Guess i'll die.
