How to Request Reviews with Review Requests Invite Form

Step 1) Login To Review Requests Form
Go to your custom link for Review Requests Form. Use the “Magic Link” to login (provided after signup) or alternately manually enter your Username and Password.

Step 2) Complete Review Requests Form
Check the box by email and/or Text will toggle the input for those fields. Complete the fields and click Send.

Step 3) Send Review Requests Form
You’ll see a notice at top of the be notified when a new review is posted.
