With over eight years of clinical social work experience across diverse sectors, including community mental health and veterans’ health, he brings a wealth of expertise. As a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health Policy Research Scholar, Hayden spearheads innovative policies to foster inclusion and justice. Through teaching and professional development, he champions cultural humility and equity in mental health services.
