Info from Licensor: "Officer blindly crossed 3 lanes of traffic at the last minute, almost hits the concrete divider, cuts off cam car, then pulls over cam car after being flipped off. Officer tries to claim speeding and backs down when the camera is pointed out. This is a potential 1st and 4th amendment violation."
