Big Food adds "cellulose" sawdust to food - stop buying their products

More Big Food tricks: They're adding sawdust in our food. Of course they are.

Sawdust is used as a filler in breads, cereal, chips, crackers, even cheeses and more, in most items by Big Food companies, hidden under the name:
"cellulose" and often, but not always, listed in the "ingredients" list.

They do this mostly to bulk up the item with fillers, in order to create food-like items, with less real ingredients, more fillers, to make it in the cheapest way possible & often these fillers are bad for us in the long run.

Making our own food from scratch is the only way out of this. Don't buy their foods and let them go broke. FDA doesn't care, so reporting is useless. They're on the payroll of all these Big Companies.

Most are owned by the same two main corporations. Who literally also own pharma companies to sell you the drugs when you get sick from their toxic foods.
