INGREDIENTS:
1 Kg mutton(mix cut)
2 cups yogurt
1 n half tbspn ginger garlic paste
5-7 crushed chillies
1 n 1/2tspn salt
1 n 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
1 tsp kashmiri laal mirch(or red chilli)
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
Half cup oil
METHOD:
-Marinate mutton with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green
chillies and all the above mentioned spices for atleast 30
minutes
-In a pressure cooker, heat oil, and add mutton with all the
marinade.
Put pressure for 20-25 minutes, open, and cook on low
flame till the meat is fully tender and oil is separated
⁃ If you are using simple pot, cook for 40-50 minutes till
meat is tender.
AND ITS READDDY to be devoured.
