Sausage & Potato Bake I Sausage Potato Onion & Pepper One Tray Dinner I Gastro Guru

Quick & Easy recipe! Just toss all ingredients in one baking dish/tray, season & bake it in the oven for an hour and you are done! Ingredients & Method listed below.

Ingredients List:
Italian Sausage - 5 links (store bought)
8 Golden Potatoes - cut into large pcs
2 onions - cut into large pcs
1 large red bell pepper/capsicum - cut into large pcs
2 large cloves of garlic - chopped
1& 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 tbsp dry rosemary
1 tbsp dry thyme
Salt, crushed black pepper & red pepper flakes to taste
3 tbsp olive oil

Method:
Preheat oven on bake setting to 350*F
Toss all veggies in an oven proof baking dish/tray
Season with olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper & crushed red pepper
Layer Italian sausage links on top of veggies
Place tray in preheated oven
After 30 minutes turn/flip sausage links to cook bottom side
At this time add chicken stock. Bake for another 30 minutes
Remove tray from oven, cut sausage into large pcs
Serve in dish/bowl - Bon Appetit!
