Very cold temperatures welcomed Northeast Wisconsin this morning. Multiple low temperature records were broken from Stevens Point to Wausau to Green Bay. The low temperature of 9 degrees in Green Bay breaks todays low temperature record of 13 degrees set in 1972 and 1950.
